Help keep our children safe and observe the speed limit, 25 MPH at all times.

Monthly HOA meetings are held the first Monday of each month, unless otherwise noted, at the pool Clubhouse on Summer Place.

Access to the pool requires a Pool ID Card for each family. Request your ID Card by clicking HERE.

Access to the tennis court requires a key. Request your Tennis Court Key by calling 281-554-2584

Countryside South is a deed restricted community. The Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, Restrictions and By-Laws are available on our website. Click HERE, then select Governing Documents to download.

Exterior home improvements must be approved by the Board of Directors. The required form is available by clicking HERE, then open the MISC area and select the Home Improvement Request link and print the form. Include paint color samples, roof shingle color samples, etc. and any information pertaining to the update(s).
